Cara joined Renovation Underwriting in 2021, bringing with her deep knowledge of general insurance principles and practices, having worked in the industry for over 15 years.

Gaining experience within underwriting, recoveries, marketing, broker liaison and branch management, Cara found her passion and place in Claims. Her absolute compassion during the claims process is matched by over 12 years of claims management experience, with claims centric roles spanning both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance in South Africa and the UK.
